1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using OSHI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

OSHI is a private messaging application that provides:

• End-to-end encrypted messaging
• Encrypted voice calls
• Local mesh networking
• Decentralized message delivery via IPFS
• Anonymous routing via Tor

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not use the App for illegal activities
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the App
• Not use the App to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Take responsibility for securing your device and cryptographic keys

4. Privacy

Your privacy is fundamental to OSHI. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we protect your data. In summary: we collect nothing.

5. Encryption & Security

OSHI uses strong encryption to protect your communications. However:

• You are responsible for keeping your device secure
• If you lose your device or cryptographic keys, we cannot recover your messages
• We cannot decrypt your messages or provide them to any third party

6. No Warranty

OSHI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• Message delivery (especially via mesh network)
• Compatibility with all devices

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OSHI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Open Source

OSHI is open source software. The source code is available at github.com/Lastoneparis/OSHI under the MIT License.

9. Termination

You may stop using OSHI at any time by deleting the App. Since we don't have accounts or collect data, there's nothing to "delete" on our end.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify users of significant changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
