OSHI, including all source code, designs, logos, trademarks, documentation, and related materials, is the exclusive property of Hugo Moriceau / Moriceau Lab ("Developer", "we", "us", "our") and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Zurich, Switzerland, conducted in English, under the rules of the Swiss Chambers' Arbitration Institution.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The App may be subject to export control laws. You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export restrictions and regulations.
If you are a government entity, you acknowledge that the App is a "commercial item" and that government use is subject to these Terms.
